[plug] Looking for assistance with a recent Debian upgrade

I have no idea about selinux, whether it is installed/enabled. How do I 
check that and disable it if necessary, and then re-enable?

openssh versions are as follows:

client - 1:7.6p1-4ubuntu0.3 amd64
server - 1:7.9p1-10+deb10u1 i386
second buster server - 1:7.9p1-10+deb10u1 amd64
