[plug] Installfest/Linux on Windows 10 Lenovo Yoga 310

I've been looking out for a (used) replacement laptop and
found that while Lenovo is mostly fine for linux, the Yoga
ones are often badly nobbled, so I don't even consider them
even though there may be exceptions.
Obviously that doesn't help but I _think_ that I remember
being surprised at someone (here?) mentioning installing
without major trouble on a Yoga. Hopefully someone here can
come to your rescue.
