[plug] Xubuntu + Dell XPS + "thunderbolt" HDMI?

I have a Dell laptop for work and use it's USB-C and Thunderbolt support to
output to multiple monitors.
This is in Windows though. For many corp/business reasons I can't use Linux.
To do this in Windows, you also need DispayLink drivers, so this may be a
consideration for you in XUbuntu.
