[plug] hostapd VAP VLANs

Hi,

    I am looking for information on how to link static vLANs with wifi
virtual access points using hostapd.  THe various guides and info in
hostapd covers dynamic allocation by MAC address to a ssid and vLAN, but
I cant see how to add a vLAN label to any host attached to a vAP.


I am probably missing something obvious!  I am aiming to get the various
IoT devices (Home Assistant, ESP8266's, etc ...) off my main WiFi network.
