[plug] Mini Linux Web Server

Details:

    how many concurrent requests do you expect (load)

    size of data to be served (images, data sets etc)

    backed by a database ... or not

    webserver software (apache, nginix, ...

    memory requirements

    intel? ... or is arm acceptable

    Will serve cgi or ???

    Anything else?

Apache is heavy duty ... to me a mini server is an ESP8266 running
esphome (yes it has an inbuilt webserver!)
