Someone suggested Xubuntu which is a full xfce4 based desktop and you 
can install it with: sudo apt install xubuntu-desktop

I was really confused there for a while searching for `xfce4-desktop` 
which I could have sworn was the package I always install. Turns out 
it's the xubuntu one.
