[plug] Looking for ISP

Good afternoon all,

For the past four and a half years I've used NodeOne as my ISP. It's a
fixed wireless service and my link is line of sight from Yokine to Osborne
Park.

A while ago NodeOne appears to have been sold to Swoop.

Since then things have gone to pot.

The speed is abysmal, from 250/100 now down to 65/20, support seems
clueless, yesterday the billing team attempted to bill me using an
incorrect card expiry date and subsequently threatened me with service
disconnection.

Their business billing email address bounces, according to their support
team all the contact details on the NodeOne website are incorrect and it's
getting to become a thing.

My previous experience was with AussieBB who continued to bounce
connectivity issues back to NBN Co who bounced them right back to ABB. I
gave up after a year of banging my head against the wall.

So, I'm paying $110 per month. Who can you recommend?
