Not sure why you're not looking at AWS S3.

$0.025 per GB per month for the first 50 TB.

That's in the Sydney Region, and you're only paying for actual use.

There's cheaper if you put it in Glacier infrequent access, $0.002 per GB
per month.

Plenty of stuff in-between.

A different alternative is to find some friends who have NBN fibre and make
a distributed storage pool for everyone to share, but I doubt that it will
end up cheaper when you factor in outages, implementation and maintenance
time.
