[plug] Installfest 2k UPDATE.

In the absense of any complaits and louyd objecttions I booked the venue.

if anyone has any comments on the page let me know.  As has already been
pointed out the installfest was announced on /. today.

Now we have a venue and a time/date we can start to get some of the extra
details finalised.
