[plug] Arrival before (was: Installfest notes)

Hello

I forgot to add that JAFWA expect to open the doors at 12:45 so if we allow 
some slack, we should be able to go in at 1:00pm to set up tables and cables 
etc for a 1:30pm start time.

If you would like to come along and help with setup any time from 1pm would be 
welcome.
