[plug] Linux on Surface Pro

Ive had a surface pro4 since 2014/2015 or so - has gentoo on it. Its now 
sitting on a shelf (battery and cooling problems) superseeded by a 
framework12.  These days it seems support for surface pro models is much 
better but it depends on what model you are looking at as to how many 
hoops you have to jump through (the older models suck!).
