[PLUG-AV] Kit is on its way

Forgot to say, this means we need to rustle up a few low/-ish/ powered
Linux boxes. Aparently for the Dv to ethernet, a Pentium 2 above 300 MHz
should be OK, but since we want to run mumble as well, perhaps a little
more grunt?
