Hi all,
I grabbed the latest git trunk of DVswitch and compiled it up, and took
the attached Screenshot. You can see the new feature on the left hand
side: fade, and a slider which controls the fade time.

I also saw the "add source" button, which permits you to connect to an
RTP/RTSP source from DVswitch - whereas in the current stable version,
sources needs to connect to DVswitch. In future, the dvsource-* apps may
all become RTP/RTSP servers (not clients), and the mixing console
connect to them. This means that multiple mixers could all take a stream
from each source - and the source "servers" will start with init scripts
and run somewhat headless.

Next up; I spoke to Wouter V (one of the devs) and he recommended his
way of doing Tally lights. I documented this on the DVswitch web site
(look at the link at the bottom). Anyone got two or three USB serial
ports spare? I have a few LEDs....

 James
