Without knowing anything about audio gear I put together a quote
(attached) for $813.

The Karsect system is a dual-receiver that supports many many channels
so it's possible to have lots of these going without interfering with
each other. Each kit contains the dual-receiver and 2 mics (I have 2
lapel mics and 2 hand-held mics). The mixing desk is just a cheapy
compact one, they didn't actually have any 4 channel ones there but
that'd be ever cheaper/smaller.
