[PLUG-AV] Dell laptop - Windows included!

Hi all,
Seems that Dell is insiting on shipping a Windows licence with every
laptop they sell. They will apparently let Ubuntu be an option on their
more expensive Latitude models, but not on the Vostro (we were looking
at the 3350 for the video sources, and a more powerful 3750 for DV
switch).  The sales team cannot remove this option, and insist it is
"free" (of course, licence price is included in the base price of the
unit). Humph. They don't even know about "Windows Refund" and EULA
rejection.

Hmmm.  Frustrating.
