I wouldn't suggest Youtube, as out of all the video hosts, they have the 
poorest quality after transcoding.
I'd suggest Vimeo, great site, good quality, clean and simple. Looks 
really nice when embedded as well.
I know that a Youtube channel sounds like a good thing for getting more 
exposure, but most people are likely to find the videos from a link/page 
on the plug site, so I'd suggest Vimeo, and link to a Vimeo  "channel", 
or even create pages for events and embed directly on the PLUG site.
