[PLUG-AV] encoding scripts + autofs talk

Hey AV!

The newer scripts for encoding are on AV2 now, in the av user's bin dir and
the one to use is called "plug-encode.sh"

Given a directory with a number of DV files requiring encoding into a
single output you'd run:

$ plug-encode.sh dvfile1.dv dvfile2.dv ...

The resulting output is called "out.mp4" and has the PLUG intro and exit
segments prepended and appended. If something goes wrong you can look in
the same directory for "plug-encode.log" for any errors.

Euan, I haven't integrated this into the AV toolbar as the list of DV files
will depend on the night, IOW we should present a list of files to choose
from and allow the operator select what's appropriate. There is no support
for chopping individual DV files so it's important the operator does a
"cut" in dvswitch at the right points, i.e. beginning of talk and end of
talk.

I have also re-encoded the autofs talk as it was missing the first minute
and I've added the pre/post vid segments. This has already been uploaded
and replaced the version on the website.

BTW I noticed with the twinpac video some ghosting, perhaps cable not in
properly or it needed to resync!?

I also think for the Lotteries West location we need something behind the
speaker cause those posters with rules for the room are distracting :) I
can't remember if there was a whiteboard in there or in the storeroom,
might be worth just rolling it out and putting it in front of the wall -
the speakers may also find use for it.
