[PLUG-AV] Video problems last night

DVgrab is the same on all three ingest workstations
DVsource is updated on two av1-2 and 1-3: they are running 0.8.3.6-1+b2.
av1-1 is on 0.8.3.6-1+b1.

The one change between the two versions is:
*Rebuilt against boost 1.49.*

But... we had this issue on Euan's laptop, and Nicks laptop, and Av2...
not just the two ingest workstations.....

Also, new Av2 box (for running DVswitch) now due in tomorrow.
