[PLUG-AV] Video problems last night

OK video is uploaded - see post to main plug list, I also BCC'd Paul.

Euan, take a listen and I think the audio is peaking but not so bad.

Ghosting - we need to understand what's going on here cause the projector
was crystal clear so why was the FW feed from the twinpac slightly fuzzy
and ghosted. Again some testing needed at the workshop if possible.
