Hi guys,
Have had a look through the footage and agree it looks very good.
I have one issue and that is lip sync. It becomes an obvious problem
towards the end of my bit, from about 41 mins on. If that's a fixable
thing, would ask that it be tweaked; if not, bad luck.
One suggestion I have is that you spend more time tight on the speaker. The
medium shots of the speaker are very good footage; e.g. Lachlan from 1.1.25
to 1.1.50. There were long periods showing audience in foreground; in my
view these shots should be short cut-aways that just remind you of the
speaking context.
There is some excellent footage though. I think Lachlan's talk is very
watchable, my section on strategy will be useful to show sponsors and
interstate members and we can cut together some shots of others to give a
short visual overview of Port80 is about. So overall, a big success; many
thanks indeed.
