[PLUG-AV] updated AV image

OK minor update to the image again, the main one changing the "avguy" user
to "av" user since that has the potential to break stuff. At least all the
OLD_PLUG stuff I fixed/tested and continues to work. I also removed some
unused .dv files reducing the size of the clonezilla image to 2.2GB.

http://permietech.com.au/direct/avclone-20131116-1.7z

Uncompress this in /home/partimag or somewhere clonezilla can access. It
will uncompress into a sub-directory called avclone-20131116-1.

Also, no idea why but if you want to remove the "file not found" messages
on boot then you need to re-install grub: 1) grub-install /dev/sda, and 2)
update-grub. That's always been the case and without it things still work
fine but the messages are misleading.

This will probably be it for the images, further work will happen in our
code/scripts and we can sync all stations via git. I will probably make a
final build closer to the date which ensures the "default" state is all
good with the latest from git, and that any additional system packages
required for our stuff is installed.
