[PLUG-AV] [plug-ctte] Streaming WAIA AGM Tuesday 20140909-1400

Before I forget!

At the Ubuntu Phone talk I configured the laptop connected to the twinpact
with a /etc/hosts entry for avmaster.local. For some reason avahi on that
host or the master wasn't working and couldn't resolve the name. I
hard-coded it to get the talk started but forget to remove it at the end.

I'm a _maybe_ to help on both requests, just working heavy hours in the
evenings makes things difficult ...
