The sentence "It depends on the system", referred to the overall message, and
needed to be read in the context of the remainder of the message.

The price may not be such a good price, and the offer overall, may not be so
good, in consideration of what other systems are offered in Perth.

Given that Linux, in whatever version, is relatively cheap to obtain, and can be
obtained without cost, the inclusion of the Linux Os is not significant.

That the system does not come with Windoze as the mandatory OS, is also not
significant, when, as stated in my previous message, systems are available in
Perth, without an OS.

Thus doth it pay to read the whole message, before responding to the first
sentence.
