[plug] netscape working off line.

When i kill my PPP connection to the net 
Every 10 minutes appriximatley i get an error message saying

Netscape: Error
Netscape is unable to locate the server newton.dialix.com.au
Please check the server name and try again 
OK

from netscape - how do i let netscape know
i want to work offline ?
quite often if i go away for a while several dozen of these error
messages will appear ?
Short of closing navigator how can i stop this occuring ?
