Yes. Needs to be accessible through a web interface. Mainly because
there are people on Windows95/98/NT, people on Macs, people on Linux,
people on Suns, plus others ... Access via Web browser solves software

There's nothing official yet. It's still ideas floating around peoples
heads, so there's no set feature requirement or budget at all...
If it comes to the point where they're looking to outsource, I'll let
you know. ^_^

Does she specialise in Web interfaces though??
