[plug] UPS's with Linux support

The Deltec  UPSes work really well under Linux, you can even have a Group
of machines on the one UPS and run a programm across the betwork from the
UPS Server (One connected to the UPS) that shuts down all the servers on
the UPS.

Sola UPSes also have linux support.
