I actually have one of these beasties. It would take 2x8M EDO chips. But
you can't mix them with non-EDO. Either Fastpage or EDO not both. I never
tried it with 16M or 32M EDO chips, though.

All in all, I reckon you're better off with sticking with Fastpage just to
be on the safe side. As Matt said, a 486 that takes EDO is extremely rare.
