Hi all,
Thought this'd be of interest to you all... I think that this government has
lost track of it's clue meter altogether!!!!  
Here's a quote from this article which speaks for itself...
"The Bill includes a controversial provision giving Commonwealth departments
power to dictate what technologies must be used for electronic transactions.

Mr Minihan acknowledged this could force some citizens into using
proprietary technologies, but he defended the measure as a "recognition of
the realities involved"."
