[plug] slow celeron

I'm setting up a Celeron333 on LX motherboard, and RH6 is projecting
4 hours to install. Now that aint right??!!

/proc/cpuinfo says:
	cpufamily: 6
	model 6 ;
	model name : Celeron ( Mendocino )
	stepping : 0
	cache size: 0KB
	bogomips:  2.31

The latter two are a worry. What could cause such a bogomip?
Mendocino isnt the old no-cache version, is it?
