use rsync?

Running

rsync --stats --progress --partial -r \
mirror.aarnet.edu.au::mandrake-devel/cooker/Mandrake/RPMS/

from your RPMS directory should update those files that need
updating, and should only update those parts of the files that need
updating (ie only the blocks that differ)

I used rsync to update my potato ISO's from test cycle 3 to the released
version, and it only downloaded 30-odd megs for each ISO - saved
downloading the whole 600'odd megs again (x3)

If that's a hassle, and nobody else steps forward, point me at where I can
find it on iiNet (I had a quick look but can't see it) and I'll suck it
down over a couple of nights.
