Its all economies. Until the government work out how they make money
from it, expect most small/medium developers here to be hamstrung!
In Singapore anyone can use the full 22 Mbps for download,
upload/backchannel through modem, isdn, adsl or fibre. At last count
there were zero (0) providers delivering internet over broadcast TV
(translated this means there is no demand for this service). This
will further confuse the powers that be in Aus!

A TV will never be your PC.

Preventing the ABC from doing anything is wrong. There aint no
expose until the ABC do it!
