That means the mail server you are connecting to is not configured to let
your IP address send email to non-local addresses.

If you receive this message for only one domain, it means one or more of
the mail servers configured in the DNS to accept mail for that domain is
not configured to accept mail for that domain. (which is getting more and
more common these days *sigh*)
