Well, it seems that Microsoft is now advertising for us. In translation, the ad
referenced above says that some systems ``just mutate'' but you can get a
single, stable system from Microsoft in Windows 2000.

What this means in practical terms is that thousands of Deutschlanders will now
be asking ``what's with the penguins?'' [-: penguins, with, what is? :-] -
thousands more will be asking ``why is Microsoft so worried that they place an
ad like this?'' - and even more will be asking ``if Microsoft can be so dumb
about this, perhaps they're dumb about other things too?''
