Setup pppd for dial-up then NT should try to auth to the domain, so samba 
can answer the auth.
Question: Is Samba a PDC or BDC?
I've never done this but I would say because Samba can sync passwd with the 
Linux side of things I believe it should work. If you are using encrypted 
passwd's then sync may not be necessary.
