*arrggh* we get it at work.
I've modified the proxy/gateway/firewall (I know, I know...) to disable
ECN at boot but I gather it can have significant benefits in
responsiveness etc for sites that do support it, so its quite
frustrating. However, as all the '98 boxes on the LAN don't understand
ECN there isn't much point in using it for us.
