Any ISP that wants to make properly certain that their users won't
choose bad passwords.  During my times as a client of several ISPs, I
never liked this policy.  During my times as an administrator at several
ISPs, it is a policy I always tried to enforce.

Anyway, the rest of your RATHER LARGE email is completely irrelevant as
far as PLUG is concerned.  If you have some problem with some ISP then
I'm sure we don't all want to hear about it.  Try and keep your posts to
something at least remotely connected with Linux.
