[plug] OT: ADSL Telstra reliability/continuity of service vs others

Well... whilst I think that the 3gb capping was a very dirty 
manipulative move on Telstra's part (totally inappropriate to change 
things mid contract) the bummer is that according to the list on 
whirlpool of ISP's offering DSL in Aus, it appears that they all have 
less than a 3GB limit anyway. :(

In terms of support. Yes, they appear to be reading from scripts, but 
it is laid down initially on connection that they aren't interested in 
supporting Linux. The bummer is kicking everything over before you call 
them to complain I guess!
