What is wrong and what is right, is usually decided by the courts, and, usually
involves arguments from lawyers.

As an example, in the case of whether sending a fax, in retaliation for the
spam, is wrong or right, involves the possible argument of provocation, as a
consideration.

Now, depending on the court of competent jurisdiction, lets say, for example,
that a court of judge and jury is involved, then, a jury is a wildcard (moreso
than judges). This I know from personal experience, and, the matter involved a
ridiculous argument of provocation, which got a not guilty verdict for the
defendant.

Shakespeare had said that nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so,
and, there are many other proverbs on the subject.

However, the advice that you gave, was legal advice, and, was, I believ, in the
circumstances, erroneous.

The real world? I am in it. I have some familiarity with some events in it,
especially legal occurrences.

When I can fault some magistrates, and, the state attorney general, in law,
and, in what is right, then, I say that I have some understanding of what is
right, and, in the law, in WA.

What do you know of the real world, and, what is right, and, what is wrong, Beau Kuiper?

When the laws of Australia contravene human rights, as defined in the
International Covenant on Civil and Poltical Rights, even though the covenant
was ratified by Australia, and, was "entered into force" in Australia (of
course, you do realise the meaning and effect of both of those terms), yet is
contravened by the federal government, and, the federal government created the
ASIO Computer Crimes ACT, which authorises ASIO to commit computer crimes, and,
then, to deny any involvement, so that innocent people can be maliciously
"framed" by the government; when the federal government implementeed the
Internet Oppression Bill, which outlaws political material the criticises the
government, on the Internet, even emails that criticise the government, and,
when the banks are allowed to encourage hacking into their systems, and,
allowed to assist the culprits to take money from unsuspecting customers
(ANZ Conditions of Use for Internet Banking Pay Anyone facility, in which the
ANZ authorises anyone unauthorised, to help themselves to a customer's money,
and, the culprits are protected by the bank); when the ACCC knowingly assist
contravention of the Trade Pracices Act, and, itself engages in conduct
contravening the Act, and, these things are accepted, Beau Kuiper, how can you
tell me what is right and what is wrong?

Or, is it what you perceive as right
and wrong, in your little world?

Let me know when you come out into the real world. But, protect yourself,
before you go into the real world. It is wild and lawless, and, for survival,
self-defence is first priority.
