[plug] adsl and apache

Hi everybody ...

On friday iinet connected an adsl router to my network. Previously
I had a redhat6.2 box connected via ppp to iinet.

We got everything working without too much hassle, but I had to
wait for iinet to change the dns on my domain.

Which they did, and it now resolves.

Except that now apache seems broken. Its kinda got me beat as
to why. Nothing in httpd.conf has been changed.

all get in the browser is:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

/var/log/httpd/error_log reports:
[Mon Mar 5 11:32:17 2001] [error] [client 203.7.220.245] client denied by
server configuration: /home/httpd/html

/var/log/httpd/access_log reports:
203.7.220.245 - - [05/Mar/2001:11:32:17 +0800] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 403 284

[203.7.220.245 is my highway1 account. I get the same result from
localhost. eg lynx 127.0.0.1, or lynx 192.168.0.1]

If anyone has seen this before, or has an idea what has gone
wrong and could point me in the right direction, it would be much
appreciated.
