If you set up lilo from Mandrake, and only change the partition number for
the redhat stanza, then of course it is going to use Mandrake's kernel.
If you want to use different kernels you will need to copy RedHat's kernel
to Mandrake (or vice versa) and set lilo.conf up appropriately

eg:

image=/boot/vmlinuz-mandrake
	label=Mandrake
	read-only
image=/boot/vmlinuz-redhat
	label=RedHat
	read-only
