Have you added 'PTR' for your PC and GW for reverse maping?

@ NS rouble.sg.mercatela.com.
^^ ?????

PS I found in my named stuff using '@' as the address for your NS didn't 
work, as soon as I took it out and put the machine name in everything worked.
This maybe the case with yours too.
