Here here.

Depends on what exactly you want, but I highly recommend GTM (Gnome Transfer
Manager). It doesn't do browsing of ftp sites, but it does allow you to drag
and drop files from various locations into a download list, which you can
then download at your leisure/convenience, using whatever proxying or
download count limitations you want to use. It is effectively a wrapper
around wget, but it is quite a good wrapper.

I use Galeon (or whatever web browser jiggles your chain) as an FTP browser,
dragging files into GTM as appropriate. Plus, Galeon can also be set up to
use GTM as the default option for "save as", for when a drag is just too
much effort :-).
