1. Select the text and copy it as normal.
2. Select the destination cells.
3. Right click them and chose 'Paste Special ...'
4. Untick 'Paste all' and then leave 'Formats' as the only one ticked
under the selection section.
5. Click OK and it will remember that setting for the next time you
'Paste Special ...'
