But are you sure they are? Logs are fine, but they dont really mean jack
in regards to iiNet disconnecting you.

No your not paying for a 56k connection. Your paying for a connection to
the internet with the possibility of a v.90 connection.
iiNet does not garuntee any speed at all, as it is completely out of there
control.

Simple luck, nothing more nothing less.
And I should know, I worked there for 2 years as both support and as a CSM
having to deal with callers lkike you.
