I've been on Arach's new DSL for three weeks now and perfromance and
reliability has been great. Their plans are pretty much on par with iiNet
and WestNet as far as competiveness goes.

Other ISPs helping heat up the new DSL price-war:

Plenty of other ISPs doing DSL too, but it seems there's only 5 keeping
their pricing competitive and then it's really only between iiNet, WestNet
and ArachNet.
