bluefish is a nice little OpenSource editor for raw coding help and it has
most likely advanced a fair bit since I used it last
vim is really good too if u get syntax highlighting, i find thats all i
need (and just google to search for pages on a topic and i look at their
source to figure out how to do things)
as for wysiwyg, netscape composer? i think raw is much better personally
but it just takes a little time to learn HTML which isnt that hard
