I was thinking of starting with Perth ISPs and if anyone in another state or
country wants to do their ISP then they can.

I was thinking of having a directory for each ISP and files like the example
below. I don't think it would be much work.
Perhaps the best thing to do would be to adapt an existing dial-up
configuration program.
