[plug] List unsubscribe didn't work properly

I have recently changed my email address. I have unsubscribed (including
replying to the confirmation) my old address and subscribed my new one but
am still getting plug messages to my old address. So I'm now getting two
of every post.

Can the current list admin please remove ian.kent at pobox.com
from the list.

I also noticed that the web form does not seem to work either.
