[plug] Broadband problems Rockingham.

Well after 4 months of nagging them to death Telstra finally admitted
that our location Osborne Park was on a "substation" so there was no way
we were getting any broadband service. The only thing they could offer
was satellite or ISDN. So we are moving. The reason I got for the
Osborne Park area was they (Telstra) never thought about broadband for
business use. Bottom line they wanted to get the businesses on ISDN
(more money for Telstra).
