It's Microsoft's heavily promoted and lacklustre internet portal-cum-ISP 
into which they roll Hotmail, Channel Nine Oz ("NineMSN") and 
everything else they can think of, bundle their software products to 
reference (e.g. MS-LookOut will talk to Hotmail for you without the 
Hotmail account needing to be a special pay-for one), and generally 
exhaust themselves trying to tie people into.

They have a colour-test-butterfly logo, which is ironic on many levels.
